1、 Product features:
The Fuente micro gas-liquid booster pump is a product independently developed by our company through the introduction of foreign technology. The principle of a micro gas-liquid booster pump is to use the low air pressure of a large area piston to generate high hydraulic pressure of a small area piston.
The micro gas-liquid booster pump product has the following characteristics:
1. High output pressure: The liquid output pressure can reach 400Mpa
2. Wide applicability: The working medium can be hydraulic oil, water, and most chemically corrosive liquids, with high reliability, maintenance free, and long service life.
3. Wide output range: For all models of pumps, only a small air pressure is needed to operate smoothly, resulting in a smaller flow rate. By adjusting the intake volume, different flow rates can be obtained.
4. Flexible application: By selecting different models of pumps, different pressure zones can be obtained.
5 Easy to adjust: Within the pressure range of the pump, adjust the regulating valve to regulate the input air pressure and output hydraulic pressure
6. Automatic pressure maintenance: Regardless of the reason for the pressure drop in the pressure maintenance circuit, the Fuente pump will automatically start to supplement the leakage pressure and maintain stable circuit pressure.
7. Reliable operation: Gas driven, no arc or spark, suitable for use in hazardous areas
8. Easy maintenance: The Fuente micro gas-liquid booster pump can perform the same work as other gas driven pumps, but it has fewer parts and seals, making maintenance simple
9. High cost-effectiveness: The Fuente micro gas-liquid booster pump is a plunger pump that rapidly reciprocates during operation. As the output pressure increases, the pump's reciprocating motion slows down until it stops. At this point, the pump output pressure remains constant, energy consumption is low, and all components stop moving.
2、 Typical applications of micro gas-liquid booster pump:
1) Provide static testing and burst testing for valves, fittings, pressure vessels, etc
2) Automotive brake system and fuel injector testing
3) Water pressure test of building materials testing machine
4) Inject chemical reagents or refrigerant into pipelines or reaction vessels in cans
5) Power supply for clamping, forming, drilling, shearing, stamping and other equipment
6) Overload protection of large press, mold buffering and lifting power
7) Power of steel bar connectors, static and dynamic testing of aerospace accessories
8) Performance testing and calibration of instruments and meters
9) Water spraying for high-pressure cleaning and water cutting equipment to transport fluids in hazardous areas
10) Oil injection for lubrication system of mechanical equipment
11) Tightening power during valve testing, pressing in and pressing out power of shaft sleeve and cylinder liner
3、 Principle of micro gas-liquid booster pump
Micro gas-liquid booster pumps have a wide range of applications and can be filled with water, oil, and chemical media. The driving pressure range is 1.5-10 bar. The gas-liquid booster pump is a plunger pump controlled by a two position four-way pilot valve for reciprocating motion. The structure adopts a connection between a large gas piston and a small diameter hydraulic plunger. By using the area ratio of two pistons to generate a pressure ratio, the output pressure can be calculated. The number in the model of the gas-liquid booster pump is the rated boost ratio of the pump, and the output hydraulic pressure is equal to the boost ratio multiplied by the driving air pressure. The outlet pressure can be set through a simple gas pressure reducing valve. The Fuente liquid pump can achieve automatic circulation. When the outlet pressure increases, the pump will slow down and generate a certain resistance to the differential piston. When the force is balanced, the pump will automatically stop running. When the outlet pressure decreases or the driving pressure increases, the pump will automatically start running. The performance of a liquid pump is affected by many conditions, such as mufflers and pilot valves (affected by humidity in the air pipeline), freezing, small gas pipeline size, or contaminated filters
Gas liquid booster pumps are divided into four categories:
The driving piston diameter of ZTM, ZTMD, ZTM * * -2, ZTM * * -3 series gas-liquid booster pumps is 80mm
The driving piston diameter of the L series gas-liquid booster pump is 100mm
The driving piston diameter of ZTS and ZTSD series gas-liquid booster pumps is 125mm
The driving piston diameter of ZTG, ZTGD, and ZTG-2 series gas-liquid booster pumps is 160mm

This series of gas-liquid booster pumps adopts a built-in single pneumatic control two position four-way valve to achieve automatic reciprocating motion of the pump. This series of products is designed and manufactured by our company according to Chinese standards after digesting and absorbing similar foreign products. The gas drive section is entirely made of aluminum alloy and treated with oxidation. The pump head can be made of carbon steel or stainless steel depending on the medium.
The driving piston diameter of this series of gas-liquid booster pump products is 80mm, and the operating pressure is ≤ 8bar. This series of pumps has the following characteristics:
◆ Lightweight and easy to carry ◆ Large flow rate and wide pressure range ◆ Easy to control, both manual and automatic control can be achieved
◆ Suitable for most liquids ◆ No need for electricity, can be used in dangerous situations ◆ Easy to maintain
