Functional characteristics of high-pressure gas blowing and boosting equipment:

It uses compressed air as the power source and a gas booster pump as the pressure source, with the output gas pressure proportional to the driving gas source pressure. By adjusting the pressure of the driving gas source, the corresponding boosted gas pressure can be obtained. When the driving gas source pressure is balanced with the pressurized gas pressure, the booster pump stops charging and the output gas pressure stabilizes at the preset pressure. Therefore, it has the characteristics of explosion-proof, adjustable output pressure, small size, light weight, simple operation, reliable performance, and wide applicability. It is particularly suitable for pressure testing and inspection of pressure equipment such as valves, pipelines, connectors, and pressure vessels. It is also suitable as a testing tool for scientific research and inspection departments.  

The high-pressure gas blowing and boosting equipment uses 3-8bar compressed air as the driving force, suitable for oil-free compression of air and industrial gases such as nitrogen, argon, helium, hydrogen, etc. The maximum flow rate can reach (1.2m ³ per unit), and multiple control methods such as manual control and automatic control can be provided. According to the working conditions, a single pump or dual pump (multiple pumps) boosting mode can be used.
