Explanation of Terminology for Gas Boosting Equipment
Gas boosting equipment is a process that uses a factory gas source as a power source to generate high pressure through secondary compression of the pressurized air pressure. Generally, the boosted pressure is released through a high-pressure valve before use. Currently, it is a widely used machine by most manufacturers in China.
Gas parameters
The parameters of the gas booster pump equipment are as follows
Boosting ratio of booster pump: 2:1 4:1 5:1...... 100:1
Boosting medium: clean gas.
Working temperature: -15~60 ℃.
Drive air pressure value: 2-8Bar (ideally stable at 8Bar).
Compressed air booster pump flow rate: 580-2000L/min (determined by on-site air compressor pressure and displacement).
Boosting pump cylinder diameter: 80mm or 160mm (the larger the cylinder diameter, the greater the flow rate).
Boosting pressure: Different products can be selected according to different models.
Connection method: threaded.
