Types of pneumatic booster pumps

The Taizhou Feentor pneumatic booster pump is a product independently developed and produced by our company by introducing foreign technology and combining it with domestic market conditions. The principle of this product is to use the low pressure of a large piston to push a small piston to generate high pressure.

Pneumatic booster pumps are mainly divided into the following types

Air booster pump: Air booster pump is designed and manufactured for air boosting, and its internal structure can objectively control the flow rate of air after boosting. However, it also has the disadvantage of air leakage, which is not a problem for air boosting, but not for other gases. The air booster pump has a boosting range of 0-80MPa and a flow rate of 0-2000L/min

Gas booster pump: A gas booster pump is used for boosting various gases such as nitrogen, hydrogen, argon, etc. The gas booster pump operates separately from the booster cylinder and the drive cylinder to ensure that the gas does not come into contact with other gases during the boosting process, thereby ensuring the purity of the pressurized gas. The gas booster pump has a boosting range of 0-80MPa and a flow rate of 0-1200/min.

Oxygen booster pump: Due to the special nature of oxygen, which is flammable and explosive, and the unstable medium after pressurization, all the booster cylinders of the oxygen booster pump are made of 304 stainless steel for anti-oxidation and internal degreasing treatment to reduce the explosive hazards caused by oxygen contact with oil and gas.

Carbon dioxide booster pump: A carbon dioxide booster pump developed due to the low temperature of the carbon dioxide medium and the easy liquefaction of both gas and liquid, which can prevent the booster pump from freezing and affecting its service life due to long-term use.

Gas liquid booster pump; Gas liquid booster pump is manufactured for various non corrosive, low viscosity and clean liquids. Its internal structure is the same as that of gas booster pump, except that the sealing ring and booster cylinder design make it easier to boost the liquid.
