The customer said that my gas booster pump has been purchased for over a year now, and recently during operation, they found that the pump operates at a very fast frequency and the pressure cannot be increased. What is the situation?
Based on technical judgment and combined with the video sent back by the customer on-site, the issue of gas booster pump can be addressed from the following two aspects.
1. Check whether the firing pins at both ends of the driving cylinder of the gas booster pump are worn, or if the sealing ring is missing or missing, and if the firing pins become normal holes. If there are no abnormalities, use an air gun to blow the inside of the firing pins for cleaning, replace the sealing ring, apply lubricating grease on the firing pins for resetting, and conduct a gas booster pump pressure test.
2. After the initial inspection, if it is found that the gas booster pump still has this problem, with a fast working frequency and no change in pump reciprocating times, we can perform the following operations: disassemble the valve body internally, remove the valve core to check whether the six sealing rings on top are missing or detached. If found, replace or supplement the sealing rings for treatment.
