The Feentor pneumatic liquid booster pump uses compressed air as its power source, and outputs hydraulic pressure proportional to the driving gas source pressure. By adjusting the pressure of the driving gas source, the corresponding high-pressure hydraulic pressure can be obtained. When the pressure of the driving gas source is balanced with the hydraulic pressure, the pneumatic booster pump stops charging, and the output hydraulic pressure stabilizes at the preset pressure. Therefore, it has the characteristics of reliability, adjustable output pressure, small size, light weight, simple operation, reliable performance, and wide applicability. It is particularly suitable for high-pressure and high-pressure blasting and pressure testing of pressure equipment such as valves, pipelines, connectors, pressure vessels, etc. It is also suitable as a testing tool for scientific research and inspection departments.
Feentor pneumatic liquid booster pump can customize different types of gas-liquid pumps according to the customer's medium, and customize non-standard gas-liquid booster pumps based on the corrosiveness and other characteristics of the medium.
The following is a rough appearance and reference of the gas-liquid booster pump
Parameters of gas-liquid booster pump
1. The requirement for adjusting the pressure of the compressed air source for driving is not greater than 0.8MPa (8kgf/cm ²).
2. Turn on the compressed air source. If the pressure of the compressed air source is adjusted to 0.6 MPa, that is, when the intake pressure gauge of the driving air shows 0.6 MPa, the liquid pressure after pressurization is 3.6 MPa, that is, the displayed value of the high-pressure liquid pressure gauge is 3.6 MPa.
3. Connect the pressurized liquid pipeline and observe the value on the pressurized medium liquid pressure gauge.
4. When the pressure of the pressurized liquid reaches the set pressure and the pressure on both sides reaches equilibrium, the booster pump stops working.
Precautions and maintenance of gas-liquid booster pump during use
1. When conducting hydraulic tests on containers, the gas inside the container and connecting pipelines should be completely removed. It is necessary to conduct high and high pressure pressure tests on the container to ensure smooth and stable pressure rise.
2. When conducting pressure testing, the operator must pay attention to the pressure rise of the high-pressure gauge and the leakage at the connection. If any problems are found, the pump should be stopped immediately, and the pressure should be relieved and eliminated.
3. The high-pressure pump only serves to increase the pressure, and starting the pump does not increase the displacement. Therefore, when filling the inspected container with liquid, the pump should be stopped to avoid reactive wear on the sealing components of the booster pump.
4. The pressure testing medium of this machine must be kept clean. If the pressure testing medium is not clean, it will result in poor sealing of the valves of the machine, which will affect its use.
