    The principle of the Ent brand gas booster pump is similar to that of a pneumatic pressure booster. It applies a very small pressure directly to the large piston driven by air (such as gas piston 3). When this pressure acts on a small area of high-pressure piston (high-pressure piston 2), a high pressure is generated. The gas booster pump can achieve continuous operation through a two position four-way valve (slide valve 4). The directional valve slide valve allows the driving gas to alternately act on the bottom and top surfaces of the piston, and the slide valve is controlled by a two position two-way valve (pilot valve 7). The pilot valve has air driven pressure to control the filling or emptying of the slide valve chamber.


    The high-pressure piston controlled by the one-way valve (inlet one-way valve and outlet one-way valve 1) continuously discharges gas. The outlet pressure of the gas booster pump is related to the driving gas pressure, and the output pressure value can be calculated according to the corresponding calculation formula of the pneumatic booster pump. When the pressure of the gas part and the driving part is balanced, the booster pump no longer moves, and therefore no longer consumes air. When the output pressure drops or the air driven pressure increases, the booster pump will start automatically until the pressure is balanced and stop automatically. In addition, the automatic start stop of the Feentor pump can be achieved by controlling the driving switch, electric contact pressure gauge or external controller.
