The Feentor ZTT series gas booster pump is a two-stage gas booster pump that can increase extremely low pressure gases to very high pressures. The driving gas is ≤ 8 bar, the pressure range of the gas input port is 0.1-10 bar, and the output pressure is approximately equal to the driving gas pressure multiplied by the boost ratio. If the pressure exceeds a certain range, special attention should be given. The pressure can be increased to 80Mpa. The entire gas booster pump is made of aluminum alloy and stainless steel. The sealing ring adopts imported high-quality sealing ring. The drive piston diameter of this series of pumps is 160mm, and both ends of the pump head are equipped with exhaust cooling.
The advantages of a two-stage gas booster pump can be reflected in situations where the initial pressure is too low and high pressure output is required, such as high-pressure fluid research in laboratory high-pressure gas reaction testing machines, and boosting in some high-pressure gas filling machines.
The secondary gas booster pump has a self cooling function, which uses the consumption of compressed air by the pump itself to cool the air through the external cooling shells of the primary and secondary booster cylinders to prevent the high temperature of the booster pump from causing a decrease in service life and severe wear of the sealing ring.
The following is a schematic diagram and parameters of the secondary boosting of the gas booster pump
