Gas pressurization equipment:

Panel configuration: Three gauges: driver pressure gauge, pressurized gas pressure gauge, high-pressure gas pressure gauge, etc

Valves: Drive pressure regulating valves, drive gas source switches, high-pressure gas switches, and unloading valves, etc

Operation steps: (for larger pressure containers)

1. Pre filling stage: Close the unloading switch - connect the driving gas supply pipeline - open the driving gas switch - open the high-pressure gas switch (pre fill the larger container with pressure balanced with the air compressor pressure to shorten the pressurization time and extend the service life of the booster)

2. Pressure stage: Close the unloading switch - Close the high-pressure gas switch - Connect the driving gas source pipeline - Open the driving pressure switch - Adjust the driving pressure gauge (slightly pull up and adjust the pressure in the "+" and "-" directions) - Fix the driving pressure value (gently press down to fix the driving pressure value) - Open the high-pressure gas switch - The booster works - Close the high-pressure gas switch to maintain pressure when the set pressure is reached - Open the unloading switch to complete the operation

Operation steps of gas-liquid boosting equipment:

Panel configuration:

1. Fill the test piece with water in advance: For larger test pieces, it is recommended to fill the test piece with water in advance to shorten the pressurization time of the booster and extend its service life

2. Connect the test piece - Close the unloading valve - Close the high-pressure liquid switch - Connect the drive air source pipeline - Open the drive air source switch - Adjust the pressure gauge of the drive air source (slightly pull it up and adjust the pressure in the "+" and "-" directions) - Fix the pressure value of the drive air source (slightly press down) - Open the high-pressure liquid switch and start the booster machine - Stop working when the set pressure is reached - Close the high-pressure liquid switch to complete the test - Open the unloading switch after the pressure is maintained - Test completed
