This is the injection molding failure caused by insufficient air pressure, which results in the needle inlet and outlet valves not being in place. In this case, a hot runner pressurization system is used to increase the air pressure of the original air compressor from 5-8 bar to 16 bar to meet the conditions for needle insertion and withdrawal, in order to achieve injection molding compliance.
