    1、 Requirements for gas source


    The high-pressure gas booster pump of Feentor must have a driving gas source (i.e. compressor gas source) at the site of use, without the need for electricity. The driving pressure range is ≤ 10 bar, and the economical driving pressure is 3-8 bar. Feentor's pumps generally do not require lubrication and are fully lubricated internally before leaving the factory. However, if the compressed air is processed by a refrigerated dryer or a suction dryer, due to the low dew point of the compressed air and the low moisture content of the low-pressure compressed air, long-term use of the booster pump will cause the internal reversing valve to become stiff, resulting in the reversing valve getting stuck. Therefore, in this case, the use of a binary system distributed by Feentor can solve this problem.


    2、 Location requirements


    Generally speaking, the Feentor high-pressure gas booster pump has no special requirements and can be installed horizontally or vertically. Horizontal installation is more convenient, but long-term use due to the gravity of the internal piston can cause uneven friction of the piston. If installed vertically, this phenomenon can be avoided. So if the customer's on-site conditions permit, vertical installation can be used, which will prolong the service life of the pump and better serve you;
