Why do water pressure tests require the use of a water pressure testing machine

To ensure the reliability of the strength and sealing performance of the product, most enterprises will use water pressure tests that are slightly higher than the working pressure (1.25 times the pressure resistance and 1.5 times the burst pressure according to national requirements). Due to the incompressibility of water, there will be no explosion during water pressure testing, but air should be eliminated as much as possible during testing, and the testing pressure should be gradually increased. Observe its deformation rate, leakage points, and other conditions. After reaching the test pressure, maintain the pressure for a certain period of time and gradually increase it to the burst pressure.
