After decades of rapid development, China's industry has long been at the forefront, and various gas sources are increasingly being used in its field. Now, the editor will talk about one of the special gases, oxygen. There are various ways to source oxygen, but it can only be divided into high-pressure oxygen sources (steel cylinder high-pressure oxygen 13MPA pressure) and low-pressure oxygen sources (various oxygen concentrators generally have pressures between 0.2-0.6MPA). Below we will introduce how to increase the oxygen pressure to the pressure required for composite use.

Oxygen boosting is basically achieved using pneumatic oxygen boosting pumps, which can be completely explosion-proof due to the use of gas driven non electric sparks for stability. The role of oxygen in industry can be roughly divided into ordinary grade and food grade, such as oxygen cutting, oxygen assisted combustion, etc., which are all ordinary grade. Food grade products include pharmaceutical oxygen protection, oxygen blowing, etc. Here is a brief introduction to the difference between the two types of oxygen booster pumps. Ordinary grade oxygen, after being pressurized, can explode when exposed to oil due to high pressure. Feentor undergoes a special process of degreasing and oil-free treatment before leaving the factory. The food grade oxygen booster pump is made of 304 food grade stainless steel material for all metal parts that come into contact with oxygen due to the regulations of the health bureau. It effectively prevents oxidation and secondary pollution. For low-pressure oxygen sources, the Feentor ZTT two-stage booster pump can be used to boost the original low-pressure 0.2-0.8MPA oxygen to 80MPA, but it is not recommended to exceed 30MPA. There are two options for high-pressure oxygen cylinders: the Feentor ZTA series or the Feentor ZTD series. The main difference between these two is the flow rate after pressurization. If one ZTD series cannot meet the requirements, multiple ZTD series can be connected in parallel. For oxygen pressurization, it is recommended that customers choose a pneumatic oxygen specific booster pump for spaces with an increase of 30 MPa or more, as oxygen with an increase of 30 MPa is highly unstable and prone to explosion when exposed to oil and electric sparks.
