Introduction to the working principle of carbon dioxide booster pump

The carbon dioxide booster pump is a pneumatic booster product designed specifically for carbon dioxide filling, CO2 high-pressure activated carbon adsorption testing, and high-pressure CO2 filling in reaction vessels. It has the characteristics of reliable structure, high stability, reasonable design of one-way valve diameter, and low temperature and wear-resistant sealing ring. This booster pump can achieve self pressurization by driving compressed air to output high-pressure carbon dioxide pressure.

The principle of a carbon dioxide booster pump is to use the high pressure formed by the area difference between the driving piston (low-pressure driving gas 3-8 bar) and the booster piston (high-pressure output end). The output flow direction of the booster medium is determined by the one-way valve at the high-pressure output end. When the output pressure forms a certain proportional relationship with the gas pressure at the driving end, the pump stops working. When the pressure is unbalanced (high-pressure gas consumption), the pump automatically starts to supplement the pressure.
