Currently, most domestic manufacturers imitate a few countries such as Germany, the United States, and Japan. Due to different countries of imitation, the shape and interface size of their accessories may vary. In addition, some domestic manufacturers save costs, resulting in differences in materials used. The overall reason is that some accessories are not universal.

Universal parts: The universal rate of basic accessories that are replicated in the same country is over 95%, and some accessories that are replicated in different countries are also universal. The following is the editor's summary of basic universal accessories.

Drive cylinder: Regardless of which country's drive cylinder is copied, it is made of aluminum alloy material with a wall thickness of 5mm, and the cylinder diameter is divided into several types such as 80.100.120.160.

Piston rod: All are domestic standard specifications.

High pressure sealing ring: Due to the limited size and specifications of the cylinder diameter, the model and specifications of the high-pressure sealing ring are universal. Except for the influence of the boosting medium on the sealing ring material, there is no other difference (there is a difference between plunger pumps and piston pumps).

Internal sealing ring spring: such as the sealing ring on the piston rod, the sealing ring on the end cap, the spring on the firing pin, and the fixed screws, all of which are universal according to national standards.

Fixed bracket: It is generally applicable as long as the cylinder diameter is the same.

High pressure pipelines: There are generally two types of connections with the same specifications, 6mm and 10mm in outer diameter, which are divided into two types: sleeve and reverse screw nut.

Customers usually need to know the following points when looking for someone to repair: which brand of booster pump they purchased, what is the cylinder diameter, is there a model, are there any special requirements, and what medium is used for boosting.
