What precautions should be taken when using a nitrogen booster pump?

The working environment requires dust-free and non corrosive conditions to ensure that the prerequisite for the pump meets the requirements.
Installation: Each nitrogen booster pump is equipped with two L-shaped legs, and the instructions indicate the required dimensions for installation and space. Please be sure to carefully review them
For the requirements of the driving gas source, refer to ISO 8573-1
Connect clean nitrogen gas that meets the inlet pressure range to the low-pressure nitrogen inlet (marked with IN port: usually marked with thread size).
The high-pressure outlet should be equipped with a pressure resistant pipeline according to the rated output pressure of the pump to connect the outlet with OUT.
Start and ensure that all links are tight and leak free. Adjust the pressure reducing valve configured on the pump to 0 Psi, then turn on the drive switch and slowly adjust it to pump pneumatic. Continue to observe the output pressure of the nitrogen booster pump to the pressure you need. Adjust the driving air pressure according to different boost ratios.
