(2) How much stable pressure can the driving gas source provide? The range is 3-8 bar.
Because our liquid booster pump is a pneumatic booster pump, it is important to provide the air compressor air source on site. The stability of the air source to a certain bar (kg) is crucial, as the output of the liquid booster pump is directly proportional to the air source. For example, booster pumps ZTA10 and ZTG10 represent models, and 10 represents a boost ratio of 10:1. When the air source stabilizes at 5 bar, it will be boosted to 50 bar, and when it stabilizes at 8 bar, it will be boosted to 80 bar.
(3) What are the requirements for traffic?
If you don't know, you can ask customer service to help calculate. The flow rate of each booster pump varies under different air source drives and inlet pressures. Please confirm with customer service or sales engineers.
