How to use high-pressure gas boosting equipment correctly?
1、 Standard configuration of high-pressure gas boosting equipment: high-pressure gas boosting pump, driving gas source pressure regulating valve, driving switch, high-pressure switch, high-pressure unloading valve, driving pressure gauge, output pressure gauge. (High pressure relief valve - optional)
Steps:
1. Check whether the gas source pressure of the steel cylinder meets the inlet pressure of the high-pressure gas pump.
2. Connect the high-pressure outlet, pressurized gas inlet, and drive port pipelines, and confirm that each pipeline is tightly sealed and leak free.
3. By adjusting the compressed air pressure through a binary system, the output air pressure can be adjusted proportionally to the driving air pressure. If the volume of the product is large, the driving can be adjusted appropriately. When the driving air source is high, the output flow rate can be increased. Furthermore, gas can be injected in advance to shorten the pressurization time.
4. Close the unloading valve, open the high-pressure needle valve, and start the air ball valve before the equipment starts working. At this time, observe whether the high-pressure output pressure gauge rises normally.
5. Observe the output pressure of the high-pressure gauge and the inlet pressure gauge of the pressurized gas.
6. When the high-pressure gauge reaches the required pressure, close the drive ball valve and high-pressure needle valve. Perform pressure observation;
7. After the test is completed, open the high-pressure unloading valve and eliminate the high-pressure gas inside the pipeline. Testing completed;
8. Follow the above steps for the next test.
