1、 Some equipment in the factory requires high voltage.
Install a booster pump in the corresponding local air circuit. Although the overall air circuit is low-pressure, high-pressure equipment can be used locally to maintain the high-pressure demand of a certain part. Compared to the entire gas circuit of a booster factory, it is economical and affordable. Meets the requirements of national energy conservation and emission reduction, and meets some of the high voltage demands of the factory.
2、 Pressure replenishment of pneumatic actuators.
The output pressure of the pneumatic actuator is insufficient, and due to space limitations, larger diameter cylinders cannot be used. In this case, a Feentor brand compressed air booster pump can be used to achieve output force without replacing the pneumatic actuator.
3、 Gas filling and transportation.
When inflating the gas tank, a parallel circuit of a booster pump one-way valve is used. When the pressure of the gas tank is lower than the inlet gas source pressure, the one-way valve is used to inflate the gas tank, thereby shortening the inflation time.
