Butane booster pump, butane transfer pump, dedicated pump for butane

By separating oil field gas and wet natural gas through pressurized condensation, liquefied petroleum gas containing propane and butane can be obtained, and then butane can be separated by distillation. Butane is not only used directly as fuel, but also as a solvent, refrigerant, and organic synthesis raw material for subcritical biotechnology extraction.

    Characteristics of Butane

Health hazards: High concentrations can cause suffocation and anesthesia.

Acute poisoning: The main symptoms include dizziness, headache, drowsiness, and drunkenness, and in severe cases, coma may occur.

Chronic effects: Workers mainly exposed to butane may experience dizziness, headache, poor sleep, fatigue, etc.

Explosive hazard: This product is flammable and suffocating.

According to its physical characteristics, Feentor has specially developed a butane specific booster pump. The booster cylinder is sealed to prevent butane leakage, and the driving power source is compressed air, which can effectively prevent explosion. The principle is that the large piston pushes the small piston to use its area ratio to obtain the boost ratio. The independent operation of the booster cylinder effectively prevents leakage and purity reduction of butane caused by sealing issues. Special pumps must be used for butane pressurization and transportation, and ordinary booster pumps should not be used.
