    Selection considerations (taking ZTA02 as an example)


    (1) Is the medium for pressurization nitrogen or not?


    (2) How much driving pressure can the on-site air compressor provide?


    (3) What are the on-site requirements for traffic flow


    (4) What is the purpose of the boosted pressure?


    (5) What is the inlet pressure range of the pressurized medium?


     


     


    Attention to usage characteristics


    (1) When using this product, pay attention to the driving pressure being ≤ 10 bar and the driving pressure range being 3 bar to 8 bar


    (2) It is recommended to add an oil-water separator (to filter moisture and add lubricating oil) to the drive gas source port. Note that the pressurization chamber and the drive chamber are separate and will not cause a decrease in gas purity in the pressurization chamber;


    (3) The boosting medium must be clean and free of impurities;


    (4) The output pressure of the booster is proportional to the air pressure of the air compressor. The ZTA02 booster ratio is 2:1. When the output pressure of the booster is proportional to the driving air pressure, the booster stops working. When the high-pressure output pressure is not proportional to the driving air pressure, the booster automatically starts;
