The working principle of the gas cylinder hydrostatic testing machine is to place the test cylinder in a specially designed water jacket, use a high-pressure pump to pressurize the test cylinder, and automatically enter a pressure holding state after reaching the set pressure. The test cylinder is subjected to a pressure test, and at the same time, the gas cylinder expands in volume under the test pressure, squeezing a part of the water in the water jacket into the measuring cup. This part of the water volume is the volume deformation of the test cylinder, which is transmitted to the industrial control computer through the water volume collection system. After the gas cylinder is depressurized, the elastic deformation disappears, and the water in the measuring cup returns to the water jacket. The unreturned water volume is the residual deformation of the test cylinder, which is transmitted to the industrial control computer through the water volume collection system. The residual deformation and full deformation of the volume are the same. The percentage is the residual deformation rate of the volume of the test bottle.

Mechanical operation steps

1. After filling the test bottle with water (ensuring that all water is clean), connect the sealing cover of the account sleeve (wrapped with adhesive tape at the connection thread) to the test bottle.

2. Inject approximately 1/2 of the water volume into the test water jacket.

3. Use lifting equipment to lift the test bottle and place it into the testing water jacket.

4. Open the sealing cover of the account sleeve and place the exhaust ball valve (do not fill the water sleeve with water and exhaust without opening the exhaust ball valve).

5. Insert the rising sleeve quick connector and high-pressure hose quick connector.

6. Start the water pressure test control system and select the tested water jacket 1 or 2.

7. Open the inflatable seal hand-operated valve.

8. Observe whether the pressure display is normal. If there is residual pressure, click the unloading button first.

9. Click the water replenishment button on the measuring cup, inject about 800ml of water, and then stop replenishing. If the water volume is sufficient, no water replenishment operation is required.

10. Click the water jacket replenishment button, wait for continuous water to be discharged from the exhaust port on the sealing cover of the account sleeve, then click the water jacket replenishment button to turn off the water jacket replenishment. And close the exhaust ball valve as soon as possible.

11. After the water volume value on the control interface stabilizes, click the test start button to start boosting.

During the pressurization process, observe in real-time whether the test parameters such as pressure and displacement are normal (see control operation instructions for details).

After saving the test results. After ensuring that there is no residual pressure, close the inflation seal hand-operated valve.

14. Remove the inflation and high-pressure hose and quickly insert it.

15. Use lifting equipment to lift the test bottle to the pouring machine and remove the sealing cover of the account sleeve.

16. Complete the test bottle testing.
