    The hydraulic testing machine for liquid pressurization system is powered by the core component of gas-liquid booster pump;

    The Fuente liquid pressurization system hydraulic testing machine adopts a single gas controlled non-equilibrium gas distribution valve to achieve automatic reciprocating motion of the pump. The gas driven part of the pump body is entirely made of aluminum alloy, and the aluminum alloy components are processed and oxidized to black, ensuring the appearance of the product is beautiful and will never rust. The material of the liquid receiving part is selected from carbon steel or stainless steel according to different media, and the complete set of seals for the pump are all imported high-quality products, thus ensuring the performance of the pump. The diameter of the drive piston in this series is 160mm.

    The driving air pressure is 10 bar. To ensure the lifespan of the pump, it is recommended to use an air pressure of ≤ 8 bar.

    The gas-liquid pressurization system is equipped with internal fittings, valves, controllers, pressure gauges, and stainless steel water tanks, making it easy to use and maintain;                                                    

    Main technical parameters of gas-liquid pressurization system:

    1. Test pressure: 10 MPa、25MPa、40MPa、60MPa、100MPa、120MPa、150MPa、240MPa、300MPa、400MPa。 (Hydraulic boosting is faster, and selecting by section can better detect the test pressure of the tested part)

    2. Test medium: clean water, hydraulic oil, or customer specified medium (non corrosive liquid).

    3. Drive pressure: 3-8 bar (recommended 6-8 bar).

    4. Testing station: 1 station or multiple stations.

    5. Pressure accuracy: 0.5% F.S.

    6. Control pressure accuracy: 2% F.S.

    7. Operating environment temperature: normal temperature -10 to 50 ℃.

    8. Drive consumption: 800L/min.

    9. Control mode: manual/computer control.
