The application of carbon dioxide is becoming increasingly widespread, whether it is the improvement of foaming processes, the filling of carbon dioxide in laboratory reactors, or low-temperature CO2 extraction experiments, all of which rely on pressurized CO2. Furthermore, due to the unique physical properties of carbon dioxide, the change in state is closely related to pressure and temperature. A slight negligence can lead to production stoppage or experimental failure.
In response to the questions raised by customers and in combination with the usage conditions and process requirements of multiple customer sites, Fuente has developed a dual-purpose carbon dioxide booster pump that can boost gas and liquid based on actual situations. It can adapt to the changes in carbon dioxide on the customer's site and can be pressurized, effectively solving many problems caused by selection errors due to the uncertainty of the CO2 medium state on the customer's site.
Here are the parameters of the carbon dioxide booster pump for your reference
Drive pressure range: 3-8 bar
Output pressure: 40MPA
Actual Boost Ratio: 48:1
Flow rate: 255L/min (pressurized gas inlet is 20 bar, the higher the pressurized gas, the greater the flow rate) 3.5kg-5.5kg (liquid flow rate)
Gas consumption: 1m ³/min (driving pressure gas consumption)
Inlet pressure range: 1.0-40MPA
Export pressure range: 1.0-40MPA
Equipment noise: 63 decibels
Boosting medium: gaseous carbon dioxide, liquid carbon dioxide
Equipment accessories: oil-water separator (drive port)
