Stainless steel casing for nitrogen pressurization system

Some nitrogen gas springs require pressures ranging from 50 bar to 200 bar. The nitrogen source is mainly composed of two parts. One part comes from bottled nitrogen gas, with a pressure of generally 130 bar, which cannot be filled at half the pressure, resulting in half of the nitrogen source being unusable. The other part comes from a nitrogen generator, which generally has a pressure of around 5-10 bar and cannot inflate the nitrogen gas spring. Fuente Company has solved the problem of inflating nitrogen gas springs by addressing the above issues. The specific plan is as follows: ZTA series gas booster pump or ZTD series gas booster pump, which are single-stage single acting pump and single-stage double acting booster pump respectively, both have requirements for inlet pressure. They can use the gas in the nitrogen cylinder at a very low pressure to achieve zero waste and solve the problem of inflating the nitrogen gas spring. The ZTT series gas booster pump requires an inlet pressure of 1-10 bar and is a two-stage double acting booster pump that can increase extremely low air pressure to high pressure. According to the pressure level, it can be divided into ZTT25/ZTT40/ZTT60/ZTT100.

Both ZTA and ZTD series can achieve nitrogen pressurization, and the pressurization pressure is the same. Different from the flow rate, one is a single head pump and the other is a double head pump. The ZTA series gas booster pump can be divided into ZTA02/STA05/ZTA10/ZTA25/ZTA40/ZTA60/ZTA100 according to different pressure levels, while the ZTD series gas booster pump can be divided into ZTD10/ZTD25/ZTD40/ZTD60/ZTD100 according to pressure levels.
