    1、 How to use a gas driven booster pump?

    1. Add lubricating oil to the oil mist generator of the binary system, using 10 # or 20 # mechanical oil in the south and antifreeze mechanical oil or low pour point hydraulic oil in winter in the north. Alternatively, use specialized turbine oil for binary systems.

    2. Match and link the corresponding thread size according to the thread specifications of the tested component;

    3. Close the low-pressure air source ball valve, connect the air source, and adjust the pressure reducing valve on the coupling to ensure that the air pressure is not greater than 0.8 MPa (0.8 kgf/cm ²) and the range of driving air pressure is ≤ 8 bar.

    4. When pressurizing the gas, replace the corresponding joint according to the thread size of the high-pressure container joint, start the air compressor, adjust the driving pressure of the binary system. If the pressure ratio of the gas driven booster pump is 10:1, when the gas source pressure is set to 0.5MPa, the maximum output gas pressure is 5MPa;

    5. After the inspection or test is completed, turn off the air pressure of the air compressor, adjust the pressure of the binary system to 0 bar, unload the workpiece, and complete the test. Then we can proceed to the next experiment.

    2、 Precautions and maintenance of gas booster pump during use

    1. When conducting pressure testing, the operator must pay attention to the pressure rise of the high-pressure gauge and the leakage at the connection. If any problems are found, the pump should be stopped immediately, and the pressure should be relieved and eliminated.

    2. The high-pressure pump only serves to increase the pressure, and starting the pump does not increase the displacement. Therefore, when injecting gas into the inspected container in advance, the pump should be stopped to avoid reactive wear on the sealing components of the booster pump.

    3. There must be lubricating oil inside the oil mist device to lubricate the pneumatic pump. Adjust the oil level to about 5 drops per minute, and add oil to the oil cup only when there is no air pressure.

    4. The accumulated water in the water separation filter should be drained at any time, and the water in the filter cup should be cleaned regularly. When cleaning, first clean the cup with mineral oil and then dry it with low-pressure air. Avoid using acetone, acetaldehyde, acetate, toluene and other solutions for cleaning. Because these solutions will damage the cup.

    5. The pressure testing medium of this machine must be kept clean. If the pressure testing medium is not clean, it will result in poor sealing of the valves of the machine, affecting its use, and also causing scratches on the cylinder body of the pump.
