How to use oxygen filling and pressurization equipment? What tools need to be prepared?
Firstly, due to the physical and chemical properties of oxygen, it is important to take measures to prevent static electricity during filling, and smoking is strictly prohibited.
Furthermore, the oxygen filling and pressurization system belongs to pneumatic pressurization products, which require a driving pressure (compressor) of 3-8 bar and a displacement of about 1 cubic meter.
Then, according to the size of the connected steel cylinder, replace it with an appropriate thread for connection. Usually, the steel cylinder is G5/8. The filled steel cylinder needs to be connected to M14 * 1.5-70 (taper).
Afterwards, the on-site operators need to receive professional training and should not proceed with handling operations just because they feel like there are no issues.
