    Precautions for using compressed air booster pump


    The research and development of pneumatic booster pump products has provided many conveniences to customers. However, if the usage precautions are not taken into account during use, it will result in twice the result with half the effort. The editor will introduce the precautions for using the Feentor compressed air booster pump to everyone


    (1) The air source pressure, as Feentor products rely on the compressed air source at the customer's site to operate, the requirement for the air source is that the moisture content of the air source should not be too high. It is suggested to add an oil-water separator. The driving pressure range is 3-8 bar, and the economic driving pressure is 6 bar. The pipeline for driving the air source inlet should not be too thin, usually 10mm-12mm is sufficient.


    (2) Requirements for usage environment: The dust on the customer's site should not be too large. If there are too many impurities in the dust machine's usage environment, the pump's breathing hole will suck these impurities and dust into the compressed air booster pump, causing wear on the sealing ring.


    (3) Requirements for operating conditions: Choose an appropriate boost ratio and flow rate according to your own needs. Some customers suggest adapting to the stable use of gas storage tanks.
