Why is the pressure increase of the gas booster pump particularly slow during operation?

Gas booster pumps not only bring convenience to users, but also encounter some problems during the production process. As we have explained, gas booster pumps often experience slow pressure increase during operation. Why is this? Generally, analysis should be conducted from the following issues.

1、 Customers who are using a gas booster pump for the first time usually find that the frequency of the gas booster pump is very fast at the beginning of operation. As the pressure increases, the load on the output end of the pump increases, resulting in a decrease in the working frequency of the pump and a slower boosting speed. This issue is not a problem with the pump itself, but rather a normal on-site situation.

2、 After using the gas booster pump for a period of time, the compression speed is now very slow compared to the previous working compression time. Generally, based on this situation, it is necessary to check in advance whether the pressure at the driving end and the pressurized gas inlet end is consistent with before, and then check whether the high-pressure output end is tightly sealed. If no abnormalities are found in the appeal detection, the following aspects should be explored.

    1. Listen to the sound of the gas booster pump and observe its operating frequency. If the pressure working sound is weak and the frequency increases, please check whether the high-pressure seal is worn, and whether the firing pin and firing pin seal are worn.

    2. Check if there are impurities in the high-pressure output one-way valve and if it needs to be cleaned or replaced.

    3. Check the sealing ring of the valve core inside the directional valve to see if it is missing or detached, and replace it in a timely manner

Be sure to cut off the driving air source, inlet air source, and high-pressure output port of the pump when checking the pump.
