After more than ten years of technical experience accumulation and drawing on advanced concepts from abroad, Taizhou Feentor has developed gas booster pumps into single acting single-stage, double acting single-stage, double acting bipolar and other types. Due to differences in flow rate and initial pressure, gas booster pumps are further divided into many models. Below, the gas booster pump editor will briefly introduce several classic gas booster pumps.

The single acting single-stage ZTA series gas booster pump adopts a single gas controlled non-equilibrium gas distribution valve to achieve the reciprocating motion of the pump. All are made of aluminum alloy and stainless steel, and all seals are imported high-quality products. The larger design drives a pressure of 10 bar. To ensure the service life of the pump, it is recommended that the driving pressure be ≤ 8 bar.

The drive piston diameter of this series of pumps is 160mm, which is a single acting pump. All single acting pump heads are equipped with exhaust cooling.

ZTA parameters:

The double acting single-stage ZTD series gas booster pump is a single-stage booster pump that requires a certain degree of pre increase in input pressure at the gas input port to achieve the desired pressure. The pre increase pressure varies depending on the pressure reached. It can be pressurized to 80Mpa. The reversing method of this series of gas booster pumps is completely the same as that of the ZTA series, with the difference being that the gas booster pump in this series is a double headed pump manufactured based on the ZTA series, and the entire pump is made of aluminum alloy and stainless steel. The driving piston diameter of this series of pumps is 160mm, the driving air pressure is ≤ 8bar, and both ends of the pump head are equipped with exhaust cooling. At the factory, the two inlets and two outlets can be connected to the pipeline according to user requirements.

ZTD parameters:

The double acting bipolar ZTT series gas booster pump is a two-stage booster pump that can increase extremely low pressure gases to very high pressures. The driving gas is ≤ 8 bar, and the pressure range of the gas input port is 0.5-10 bar, which can be increased to 80 Mpa. The entire gas booster pump is made of aluminum alloy and stainless steel. The drive piston diameter of this series of pumps is 160mm, and both ends of the pump head are equipped with exhaust cooling.
