What details should be paid attention to when pressurizing nitrogen? Only by mastering the details can we provide better assistance for energy-saving and efficient nitrogen pressurization. It can effectively improve work efficiency, extend the service life of nitrogen booster pumps, and reduce energy consumption.
Pneumatic nitrogen booster pumps are becoming increasingly advanced and user-friendly, but they are also becoming more precise. When using them, it is necessary to understand the corresponding knowledge and follow the manufacturer's operating procedures. Improper use can cause internal damage to the nitrogen booster pump. Internal damage can cause the nitrogen booster pump to malfunction, affecting factory production or testing time. So using details is very important.
What details should be paid attention to when operating and using a pneumatic nitrogen booster pump
1. Initial pressure of nitrogen gas. Pneumatic nitrogen booster pumps are divided into primary and secondary boosting. The initial pressure of the primary boosting pump can be greatly increased within the top pressure range of the pump, while the initial pressure of the secondary boosting pump cannot be higher than 1MPA because it is a secondary boosting nitrogen gas, otherwise it will not be boosted.
2. Pneumatic nitrogen booster pump also requires nitrogen cleanliness, without moisture and impurities. Otherwise, it will scratch the sealing ring and increase friction resistance.
3. The driving pressure should not exceed 8 bar, as exceeding it will affect the service life of the precision directional valve. Generally, a nitrogen booster pump consumes 1 cubic meter of gas when operating at full load, and driving the air compressor with a small displacement will affect the boosting efficiency. The driving air also requires no moisture and impurities.
When using a pneumatic nitrogen booster pump for the first time, it is necessary to first check the airtightness of the pipeline and whether the connection is good, and whether the high-pressure pipeline can withstand such high pressure. When starting the nitrogen booster pump, first open the initial nitrogen gas source to prevent dry friction from forming in the high-pressure cylinder and affecting the service life of the high-pressure seal. After being pressurized with nitrogen gas, the driving gas source can be adjusted to gradually increase the pressure to prevent the nitrogen gas from exceeding the pressurized pressure value.
5. The two-way drive inlet of the pneumatic nitrogen booster pump should be regularly drained of moisture and refilled with special oil for the two-way drive or 10-30 hydraulic oil. Regularly remove dust from the nitrogen booster pump to prevent it from being sucked into the interior of the booster pump.
