With the development of industrial society, more and more manufacturers and units have significantly increased their requirements for oxygen in production and tooling processes, including strict requirements for oxygen output pressure. Oxygen booster is a reciprocating piston pump that works with compressed air as its power source. It generates high pressure of oxygen by the difference in area between the driving piston and the booster piston, and adjusts the pressure of the output oxygen by adjusting the pressure of the driving air. Due to the physical properties of oxygen, pneumatic boosting products are well suited for use in the oxygen boosting industry.
So what should be noted when using an oxygen booster?
1. The required driving pressure range (2-8 bar) should not exceed 10 bar.
2. The working environment requires no excessive dust, no corrosion, and an ambient temperature of -20-60 ℃.
3. The material of the turbocharger must be 304 or 316306L.
4. Install a water gas separator and oil mist device on the drive end, such as turbine oil VG32, to prevent the sealing ring from aging.
5. It is recommended that customers install a filtering device at the oxygen low-pressure inlet to prevent impurities from entering the pressurization chamber and damaging the high-pressure seal.
