The binary unit, also known as the air source processor, is usually installed at the drive of the air booster pump. The driving pressure range of the air booster pump is generally 2-8 bar. 1. When installing, pay attention to cleaning the pipes and joints to avoid impurities entering the drive coupling, which may pose a risk to the air booster pump.
2. When installing the driving gas source, pay attention to whether the direction of gas flow is consistent with the arrow direction, and whether the pressure of the connecting pipe matches.
3. Pressure adjustment: Pull up the pressure adjustment knob and rotate it clockwise to increase the pressure. On the contrary, the pressure decreases. After adjusting the required pressure, press the rotation button.
4. Water drainage. When the water inside the cup exceeds the upper limit, please drain it by pushing up the drainage column. After the water is drained, release the drainage column.
5. Oil volume adjustment can be achieved by adjusting the oil volume rotary knob, which closes clockwise and opens counterclockwise. According to the requirements of the air booster pump, 5-10 drops per minute are sufficient (observed through the visual window).
6. The refueling method must be done in the absence of air pressure. Fill 80% of the oil cup with the amount of fuel and refuel through the refueling window.
