The boosting effect of the same booster pump is the same, and the boosting ratio (the area ratio of the driving piston to the boosting piston) of the same booster pump is fixed. The output pressure is not constant between the driving pressure of 3 bar and the driving pressure of 8 bar. Therefore, do not misunderstand that the required driving pressure is 3-8 bar, which means that the same pressure can be achieved within this pressure range. Therefore, when selecting, the appropriate boost ratio should be chosen based on the compressed air pressure on site, and there should generally be a certain margin of pressure. As the pressure approaches the output pressure of the pump, the frequency of the pump slows down and the flow rate decreases.
The requirement for air consumption is generally around 1m3/min. The air consumption is not a fixed value. When the load of the pump is smaller, the frequency of the pump is faster, and when the load is larger, the frequency of the pump is slower. When the output pressure of the pump is reached, the pump stops working and no longer consumes air. It is not recommended to use an air compressor with a 220V power supply. The displacement of an air compressor with a 220V power supply is generally small, and the booster pump cannot function properly.
