1、 The daily maintenance precautions for gas booster pump are as follows:
Ensure the cleanliness of the gas source and pressurization medium.
For equipment with circuits, it is necessary to ensure that the interior of the tested part is clean to prevent impurities from entering the gas booster pump through the circuit, blocking and scratching the precision components of the equipment, causing pump damage or leakage (such as failure to apply pressure or maintain pressure)
When the equipment is not in use for a long time, please perform a no-load operation every month (a few minutes is sufficient) to delay the natural aging of internal seals
Ensure that there is lubricating oil in the binary oil mist device and regularly clean the binary components.
2、 Safety warning for gas booster pump use!
The gas booster pump is designed and manufactured in accordance with current safety regulations and technical conditions, and its safety in use is guaranteed. However, you must also pay attention to the following points:
You must comply with the current specialized safety regulations of the country, especially those related to high-pressure oil/gas circuits, hydraulic pipelines, and pressure vessels.
Improper operation of high-pressure medium circuits may cause injury, especially improper operation of gas booster pumps or gas booster equipment, which can cause rupture and pose a high risk. Non professionals are prohibited from operating them.
Unauthorized changes or modifications to the system may cause damage to personnel and the system.
Feentor gas booster pump products are only allowed to be used in specific working environments.
There is a possibility of spraying or bursting in high-pressure gas pipelines and air pipes. Before starting the equipment, carefully check whether the casing of each pipeline is damaged. If tearing, wrinkling, detachment, wear and tear occur, professional personnel should be hired for repair.
When the device is working, do not touch the moving parts with your body. Cut off the power supply promptly when the equipment stops working.
When there is high pressure inside the device, it is forbidden to open the chassis, contact the connecting pipes and fittings, or loosen the joints to prevent personal injury. If the above operations are required, please remove the internal pressure first. When the device is not in use, please remove the internal force.
The maximum input air pressure must not exceed the rated air pressure.
