Precautions for self selection of pneumatic booster pump
(1) What is the medium used for pressurization? Divided into air, non corrosive gases, and liquids. For air, you can choose a gas booster pump, but for gas, you cannot choose air. For liquid water and hydraulic oil, please choose a gas-liquid booster pump. For other liquids such as methane, refrigerant, etc., please consult a sales engineer before selecting.
(2) How much stable pressure can the driving gas source provide? Because our booster pump is a pneumatic booster pump, it is important to provide the air compressor air source on site. The stability of the air source to a certain bar (kg) is crucial, as the booster pump is directly proportional to the air source. For example, the gas booster pump ZTA10, ZTA represents the model, 10 represents the boost ratio of 10:1, and when the air source stabilizes at 5 bar and is boosted, it becomes 50 bar. When the air source stabilizes at 8 bar and is boosted, it becomes 80 bar.
(3) What are the requirements for traffic? If you don't know, you can ask customer service to help calculate. The flow rate of each booster pump varies under different air source drives and inlet pressures. Please confirm with customer service or sales engineers.
(4) What is the purpose of boosting? Because a booster pump is like a piston air compressor, boosting is a continuous process of increasing pressure. If you need constant voltage output, you need to make it into a device. For example, needle valve molds, robotic arm cylinders, and reactor gas injection. If you only need the pressure to reach the set pressure, no time requirements, good airtightness, and no leaks, you only need a booster pump. (5) What is the pressure of the pressurized air or gas before pressurization? The inlet pressure range of the medium pressurized by the pneumatic booster pump (air booster pump, gas booster pump) is not within the range of the liquid booster pump inlet. The pressure inlet must meet the minimum pressure inlet pressure in order to be proportional to the booster pump.
