Firstly, during the installation process, confirm the liquid inlet, high-pressure outlet, and drive inlet of the liquid booster pump. These three inlets and outlets have been clearly marked when our liquid booster pump leaves the factory. When configuring the high-pressure pipeline, please choose a pressure resistance higher than the boosting pressure of the liquid booster pump. During the installation process, first fix the fixed hole of the liquid booster pump to the installation position, and then configure and connect the corresponding high-pressure pipelines according to the three inlet and outlet threads.

When using a liquid booster pump, the first thing to do is to confirm that the medium being pressurized is in place. The liquid booster pump should not be empty, and the driving pressure should be adjusted to our appropriate pressure. The high-pressure pipeline should be connected properly. After checking, turn on the driving gas source and start the liquid booster pump. When the pressure reaches the set pressure, the liquid booster pump will stop working and enter the pressure holding mode. When the pressure drops, the liquid booster pump will automatically start working. After the detection is completed, turn off the driving air source and release the pressure.
