    1. Fix the nitrogen booster pump so that it does not loosen.


    2. Connect the pipeline so that the driving port G1/2 is connected to a compressed air source, the air inlet is connected to ZG1/2 low-pressure nitrogen gas, and the high-pressure outlet ZG1/2 is connected to the pressurized air storage tank, with a tight seal.


    3. It is recommended to add an oil-water separator to the drive port pipeline, and add VG32 turbine oil or 15-30 # hydraulic oil at a rate of 3-5 drops per minute (which should not contaminate the boost medium, and the oil and gas will be discharged through mufflers and process holes).


    4. The recommended nitrogen inlet pressure for this pump is 4-8 bar, and the recommended driving pressure is 6-8 bar. The output pressure of the pump is proportional to 2.5 times the air at the drive port. If the driving pressure is 5 bar, the output pressure is 5 * 2.5=12.5 bar, and the driving pressure is ≤ 8 bar.


    Precautions for nitrogen booster pump: The on-site environment should not have too much dust, the pressurized medium should have no impurities with the air driven gas, and the moisture content of the air driven gas source should not be too high. When boosting a large volume gas storage tank, it is recommended to pre charge it with low-pressure nitrogen gas. At this time, do not turn on the booster pump. When the pressure of the gas storage tank is balanced with the low-pressure nitrogen gas pressure, turn on the booster pump, which can save a lot of time and greatly reduce the wear and tear of the nitrogen booster pump.
