The working principle of a gas booster is as follows:
The working principle of a gas supercharger is similar to that of a pressure supercharger. The gas supercharger applies a very low pressure to a large direct air driven piston. When the pressure of this gas supercharger acts on a small area piston, a high pressure is generated. The gas booster can achieve continuous operation through a two position four vent control valve. The slide valve causes the driving gas to alternate between the bottom and top surfaces of the piston. Control the slide valve through two two-way valves. The pilot valve is controlled by an air driven piston.
Gas booster, also known as gas booster pump or gas booster valve, and gas amplifier belong to the category of pneumatic booster pump.
