It is recommended to configure a filter device with precision that meets our requirements, and to install an oil mist device on the drive inlet to lubricate the pump body itself (VG32 turbine oil is recommended to be added to the oil mist device, as other oils will accelerate the aging of the seals), as indicated by the drive interface (with annotations on the installation dimensions of the port threads).
Pipeline requirements
According to the output pressure of the pump, a pipeline that can withstand the pump output pressure must be selected.
start
Ensure that all interfaces are securely connected and the components are installed in place.
Adjust the pressure reducing valve to adjust the air pressure to O psi.
Turn on the intake switch and slowly increase the pressure reducing valve until the pump starts (under normal circumstances, the starting pressure of the pump is 15-20 psi). Continue to adjust and observe the high-pressure gauge to reach the pressure you need.
