Introduction to gas booster

       

    Gas boosters are becoming increasingly known and used in China's industrial production. Since the 1960s, some European countries have been researching the production process of gas boosters. If Germany has already started researching the production process of gas boosters, China's gas booster development has been more than 20 years. However, there is still a significant gap compared to some foreign processes and quality.


    Gas superchargers are generally used in the gas supercharging industry, and their power sources are generally divided into electric and pneumatic. The air compressors currently used in our factory are also a type of gas supercharger. So, let's introduce the pneumatic supercharging products produced by Feentor manufacturer.

    Gas booster

       

    Application scope of gas booster:


    (1) Charging of accumulator and filling of gas inside the high-pressure reactor.


    (2) Gas spring inflation, internal gas filling of car gas cylinders.


    (3) High pressure pipeline airtightness test, automotive component pressure resistance testing.


    (4) Gas circulation and protection, deep-sea pressure simulation experiment.


    (5) Secondary pressurization of local air pressure in the factory.


    (6) Expensive gas recovery and utilization, aircraft tire gas filling.


    Gas booster parameter range:


    Drive air pressure: 2-8 bar.


    Output pressure: 0-800 bar.


    High flow rate: 1m ³/min.


    Gas consumption: 1m ³/min.


    Requirements for driving gas source and pressurized medium of gas booster:


    The driving gas source should have a displacement of about 1 cubic meter and an output pressure of 3-8 bar, less than or equal to 10 bar.


    The pressurized medium requires no corrosive gas, meets the inlet pressure range of the gas booster, and cannot contain too much moisture.
