The ZTM series liquid booster pump adopts a single gas controlled non-equilibrium gas distribution valve to achieve the reciprocating motion of the pump. All are made of aluminum alloy and stainless steel, and all seals are imported high-quality products. The maximum design driving pressure is 10 bar. To ensure the service life of the pump, it is recommended that the driving pressure be ≤ 8 bar.
The drive piston diameter of this series of pumps is 80mm, which is a single acting pump. All single acting pump heads are specially treated with 304 stainless steel;

3、 Operation steps:
Operation steps - Digital display control type
(1) Turn on the compressed air, output the air source, and adjust the pressure of the binary system, such as adjusting the compressed air source pressure to 0.6MPA;
(2) Set the detection pressure in the digital display screen, set the qualified pressure, set the holding time, press the start button, the solenoid valve will automatically open, the holding time will start, and the test will begin to detect; (For subsequent pressure tests, simply press the button and wait for the holding time.)
(3) Set the boost pressure in the digital display screen, press the start button for the holding time, the solenoid valve will automatically open, and the system will boost. After reaching the set pressure, the system will automatically enter the holding state.
(4) After the pressure maintenance is completed, the system will sound an alarm; Take out the test piece and proceed to the next experiment

4、 Attention:
Due to the fact that this equipment is a pneumatic booster series product, the customer needs to provide an air source on site to supply it for operation.
