Introduction to the Technical Scheme of Compressed Air Turbocharger

Introduction to the Technical Scheme of Compressed Air Turbocharger

1、 For the commonly used local air pressure boosting and stabilization in general factories, compressed air boosters that are twice as small and high flow boosting systems that are twice as large are often used. They are both a new type of booster device developed by combining foreign boosting device technology with the actual situation of our domestic factories

2、 Specific characteristics of compressed air supercharger

    1. No need for electricity, low energy consumption, simple maintenance

    2. Stable output pressure, small size, definitely convenient

    3. Adjusting the current pipeline pressure can regulate the output pressure

    4. Meet the requirements of national energy conservation and emission reduction

    5. Stable product performance and long lifespan

3、 What are the uses of compressed air superchargers

Adjust local air pressure to maintain stable pressure of individual equipment, or conduct air pressure testing, etc

    4、 Model and significance

    ZTS-ZTV02-40L

ZTS - Code for Pneumatic Air Boosting System

    ZTV - Air Turbocharger Code

02 indicates that the boost ratio of the system is 2:1

40L - The equipped gas storage tank has a capacity of 40L

    5、 Composition and Circuit Sketch

ZTV02 air booster pump, air storage tank, control valve, pipe fittings, pressure gauge, etc

6、 Technical parameters of compressed air supercharger

    Model: ZTS-ZTV02

    Drive air pressure: 2-8 bar

Flow rate: 1260L/min (based on the flow rate at a driving pressure of 6bar)

Gas consumption: 0.9m ³/min (no more gas consumption after reaching pressure)

    Output pressure range: 0-16 bar

    Applicable medium: Air

Note: If the customer's traffic requirements are not high, the core component ZTV02 can be replaced with ZTM02 to reduce the traffic by half.

7、 The operating procedure for a compressed air supercharger is as follows

    1. Connect the thread size or quick connector corresponding to the drive port and high-pressure outlet.

    2. Add 10 # or 20 # hydraulic oil to the binary oil-water separator, adjust the oil volume to 5 drops/min

    3. Adjust the driving air pressure to ≤ 8 bar, start the pressurization and start working until the internal pressure of the storage tank reaches a ratio of twice the driving air pressure, then stop. Then, reduce the pressure to the required pressure at the customer's site through the pressure reducing valve at the high-pressure outlet, open the high-pressure switch, and start using.

8、 The boosting system consumes a large amount of air and is equipped with an air compressor

Due to the fact that the air consumption of a compressed air supercharger is determined by the cylinder diameter, stroke, and number of reciprocating movements per minute of the driving cylinder, as the pressure of the high-pressure gas tank increases, the working frequency of the air supercharger gradually decreases. When the pressure is balanced, the air consumption is zero at this time. Based on factors such as the pump itself, it is recommended that customers choose 7.5 kilowatts with a displacement of one cubic meter.
