1、 Precautions for using booster pump
1. The gas or liquid entering the gas booster pump system must be pure, filtered, clean, and high-purity gas (pneumatic booster pumps are divided into gas booster and liquid booster)
Before the booster pump, it needs to be filtered through a filter with 150 mesh or more to avoid blocking the inlet channel or damaging the booster pump (which is important for high-pressure pumps)
3. The system is equipped with a cooling device. If the temperature is too high, cooling water can be used for rapid cooling
4. The air entering the gas drive cylinder of the booster pump system must be pure, filtered, and pressure stable gas, and its pressure can be adjusted through a common pressure regulating valve (the driving gas pressure is generally between 2-8 bar)
When adjusting the pressure, it should be done slowly first, and attention should be paid to observing the pressure displayed on the pressure gauge of the high-pressure gas booster pump system to avoid overpressure
6. The booster pump should be regularly maintained and inspected. During use, attention should be paid to the working pressure of the pneumatic gas booster pump at all times, and the high-pressure connections should be checked for looseness to avoid abnormal accidents.
7. During the operation of the booster pump, detailed records should be made of the usage and replacement of components and accessories, in order to facilitate future maintenance and accident analysis
After six months of initial use, the gas booster pump should be cleaned
When pressurizing oxygen, oil should be prohibited (unauthorized pressurization of oxygen is not allowed)
