3、 Principle of gas-liquid booster pump
Gas liquid booster pumps have a wide range of applications, including filling with water, oil, and chemical media. The driving pressure range is 1.5-10 bar. The gas-liquid booster pump is a plunger pump controlled by a two position four-way pilot valve for reciprocating motion. The structure adopts a connection between a large gas piston and a small diameter hydraulic plunger. By using the area ratio of two pistons to generate a pressure ratio, the output pressure can be calculated. The number in the model of the gas-liquid booster pump is the rated boost ratio of the pump, and the output hydraulic pressure is equal to the boost ratio multiplied by the driving air pressure. The outlet pressure can be set through a simple gas pressure reducing valve. The Fuente liquid pump can achieve automatic circulation. When the outlet pressure increases, the pump will slow down and generate a certain resistance to the differential piston. When the force is balanced, the pump will automatically stop running. When the outlet pressure decreases or the driving pressure increases, the pump will automatically start running.
