The gas-liquid pressurization system is a product independently developed by our company through the introduction of foreign technology. The principle of the gas-liquid boosting system is to use the low air pressure of a large area piston to generate high hydraulic pressure of a small area piston.
The gas-liquid pressurization system has the following characteristics:
1. High output pressure: Gas output pressure can reach 80Mpa, liquid output pressure can reach 400Mpa
2. Widely applicable: working medium hydraulic oil, water and most chemically corrosive liquids, with high reliability, maintenance free and long service life.
3. Wide output range: For all models of pumps, only a small air pressure is needed to operate smoothly, and flow rate can be obtained. By adjusting the intake volume, different flow rates can be obtained.
4. Flexible application: By selecting different models of pumps, different pressure zones can be obtained.
5. Easy to adjust: Within the pressure range of the pump, adjust the regulating valve to control the input air pressure, output air pressure, and hydraulic pressure
6. Automatic pressure maintenance: Regardless of the reason for the pressure drop in the pressure maintenance circuit, the Fuente pump will automatically start to supplement the leakage pressure and maintain stable circuit pressure.
7. The operation is driven by gas, without arc or spark, and can be used in hazardous areas
8. Easy maintenance: The Fuente pump can perform the same work as other gas driven pumps, but it has fewer parts and seals, making maintenance simple
9. High cost-effectiveness: The core pump of the Fuente gas-liquid booster system is a plunger pump. During operation, the Fuente air, gas, and gas-liquid booster pump rapidly reciprocates. With the output pressure, the pump's reciprocating speed slows down until it stops. At this time, the pump output pressure remains constant, energy consumption, and all components stop moving.
