Gas driven liquid booster

The Fuente gas driven liquid booster can be filled with water, oil, or special media, and is a complete hydraulic unit that only requires connecting various components. The maximum working pressure can reach 6400 bar. Hydraulic systems can be used for various pressure tests and provide stable hydraulic power sources for hydraulic fixtures. There is an air control unit that includes a combination filter and water separator, a pressure regulating valve, a pressure gauge, and a manual shut-off valve.
Pneumatic liquid booster requires compressed air to generate pressure. The pump can be connected to the existing compressed air pipeline system on site and can generate pressure without the need to connect to a power source.
For simple debugging and applications without special requirements, Fuente power components will be equipped with all necessary components. In all applications in the hydraulic field, the pump can be installed inside the oil tank, which makes the structure compact and saves space. Pumps filled with water or chemical media will be installed on the fuel tank. According to the standard, the optional range of fuel tanks is 15L to 70L. Large capacity fuel tanks can be provided as needed.
2、 Application scope
Pneumatic liquid booster can be used in any place that requires hydraulic pressure. Widely used in steel construction, boiler manufacturing, oil tank and reactor construction projects, as well as in mines, smelters, machinery manufacturing and fitter factories. The power unit also provides driving hydraulic presses and stamping systems, which will be used for aircraft lifting, large equipment fixture devices, pressure vessel and pressure pipeline system inspection.
The required hydraulic pressure is provided by a pneumatic pump. In this regard, hydraulic pressure is equal to the product of the set air pressure and the pressure ratio of the pump. When the device reaches the predetermined pressure, it will automatically stop running and maintain pressure until the pressure drops due to leakage. The device will automatically start and run until the pre-set pressure is reached. According to the specific requirements of the customer, we provide corresponding power units.
The control and regulation process of a compressed air driven pump is very simple. The hydraulic unit has a compact structure, simple operation, and is sturdy and pressure resistant. The power unit is not easily damaged in high humidity, dust, and high temperature conditions.
