1. Equipment Description for Hydrostatic Testing Machine

The water pressure testing machine is assembled with pneumatic booster pump and various components in a tubular frame or enclosed box according to the actual needs of customers. It has a compact structure and is easy to use. Pressure gauges, valves, and pressure regulators are all panel mounted. The hydraulic testing machine can adjust the output pressure by setting the air pressure regulator. When the set pressure is reached, the pump automatically stops and resumes operation when the pressure drops.

The device is lightweight, easy to move, convenient to use, and easy to maintain.    

The equipment is designed to be lubrication free, does not require a power source, does not generate electrical sparks, and is completely explosion-proof.

By using the Fuente pneumatic booster pump, water, hydraulic oil or other liquids can be pressurized into high-pressure liquid, and the output pressure can be infinitely adjusted. It is suitable for a pressure range between 0MPa and 550MPa, and can be customized according to the corresponding level of water pressure testing machine according to the actual needs of users.  

All high-pressure pump valves and pipelines are made of imported stainless steel material, matched with high-pressure gauges of corresponding pressure levels, providing materials suitable for water, hydraulic oil, and most chemically corrosive liquids.  

3. Application scope of hydraulic testing machine

4. Instructions for using the hydraulic testing machine

Using 3-8bar compressed air drive, the corresponding boosted gas pressure can be obtained by adjusting the pressure of the driving gas source. When the pressure of the driving gas source is balanced with the pressure of the pressurized gas, the booster pump stops charging and the output pressure stabilizes at the preset pressure. The boost pressure is infinitely adjustable, and the output pressure is stable and reliable. It can pressurize water, oil, or other chemicals.
