Simple Boosting UnitThe main function of an air booster pump is to provide high-pressure compressed air for factories or laboratories. Ordinary pressure compressed air is sucked into the booster cylinder through the intake port, and then pressurized before being transported to the pressure vessel for storage or directly transported to the equipment for use through pipelines. Some equipment that requires the use of high-pressure compressed air, such as cleaning machines for drying, machine tools for tightening, high-pressure testing, high-pressure cylinders, etc. High pressure air with a pressure greater than 0.8MPA is used to operate, and the air booster pump is designed to boost compressed air to a higher pressure. It can also be divided into the following purposes.
1. As a power source: Compressed air is pressurized and used to power mechanical and pneumatic tools, such as cylinders, pneumatic tightening, blowing, and other functions.
2. Gas transportation: used for pressure drop caused by excessively long pipelines. Increasing gas pressure can correspondingly offset some of the pressure drop caused by excessively long pipelines.
3. Used for gas mixing: Often encountered in the chemical industry, certain gases undergo certain chemical reactions after being subjected to high pressure.
4. Used for canning: highly compressed air is injected into steel cylinders or high-pressure containers, usually used in places without power sources and requiring compressed air in the wild or for rapid release.
5. Airtightness testing: The compressed air is pressurized again to reach the operating pressure of the container, and the container is filled with the container to reach the operating pressure and maintained for a certain period of time to check for pressure drop or bubbling when immersed in water to test the sealing of the container.
