Small Air Boosting System ZTS-ZTM02

Model: ZTS-ZTM02. Boosting ratio: 2:1 (twice the pressure of the customer's on-site air compressor).  

Drive air pressure: 3-8 bar (pressure to be met at the customer's site). Gas consumption: 500L/min.

The Fuente small air turbocharging system is a product independently developed by our company through the introduction of foreign technology. The principle is to use the low pressure of the large-area piston to generate the high pressure of the large-area piston.

Small air boost system products have the following characteristics:

1. High output pressure: The gas output pressure can reach 1.6Mpa, with a flow rate of 560L per minute (under a driving pressure of 6bar)

2. Wide applicability: It can be used in various devices with insufficient local pressure, high reliability, maintenance free, and long service life.

3. Automatic pressure maintenance: Regardless of the reason for the pressure drop in the pressure maintenance circuit, the Fuente air booster pump will automatically start to supplement the leakage pressure and maintain stable circuit pressure.

4. Reliable operation: Gas driven, no arc or spark, suitable for use in hazardous areas

5. Easy maintenance: A small air boosting system can perform the same work as other air driven pumps, but it has fewer parts and seals, making maintenance simple.
